To me, BEING SOULFUL is having a deep connection with, and love for your inner self, your values, and your purpose in life. It involves living in a way that is authentic, mindful, and aligned with your deepest desires.
Being soulful is the gateway to living your joy!
To me, LIVING YOUR JOY is cultivating a deep sense of joy within yourself and allow that joy to radiate out into every aspect of your life. It involves being mindful and in the present moment, being grateful for what you have, listening to your inner voice and following your passions rather than simply going through the motions of everyday life stressing about the past and worrying about the future.
Following a road map can help you get to your desired destination; just like following my Live Your Joy Method can help you reach your transformation destination.
DISCOVER – Through discussing your wellness goals and determining what is currently holding you back from reaching these goals, we can discover the gaps between where you are in your wellness and where you want to be, and devise an action plan.
RELEASE – The first step in your action plan is releasing what no longer fits once the transformation goal is integrated (limiting beliefs, repressed emotions, etc).
RECONNECT – Reconnection involves gaining a deeper awareness and appreciation of your who you truly are.
SHINE – Refers to applying the newly achieved wellness goal to your everyday life. When this happens you will be living your joy!
